Authentic Connection: Communication Workshop

Join us at Skyland Church on Saturday, November 7, at 9:30 a.m., for our next Way to Wellness workshop. Leaders Jean Morrison and Mark Schneider have been refining their ideas on teaching communication skills for years. They host The Communication Playground, a monthly gathering in Santa Cruz where attendees practice communication skills. After attending the Communication Playground twice, we are enthusiastic about making this experience available to our mountain community. The interactive exercises and discussions are fun, imaginative, interesting, and enlightening.

Jaime Domond from Cups of Yoga begins the day by leading us in breathwork and gentle movement, guiding us to a focused and receptive state of mind.

Summit Store will provide lunch, including an exceptional assortment of salads, sandwiches, and soups, at 12:30 p.m. There is no cost to you, although donations are welcome.
